Frequently Asked Questions

  • Puppy Yoga combines gentle beginner-friendly yoga with free-roaming playful puppies. Each experience lasts one hour and includes time to settle in guided yoga and extended puppy cuddle time. All puppies are provided by us and are carefully selected to be friendly socialised and suited to the class environment.

  • No previous yoga experience is needed. Classes are suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

  • No, sorry! All puppies are provided by us. For the safety comfort and wellbeing of the puppies and guests please do not bring your own fur friends.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Puppies may climb cuddle or play around your mat so we recommend wearing something you do not mind getting a little furry.

  • No. Yoga mats are provided so there is no need to bring your own.

  • If you arrive late you will not be allowed to enter the class and will need to rebook onto another session. This policy is strictly enforced to protect the experience of all guests and the wellbeing of the puppies.

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the nature of the event including puppy care venue hire and limited spaces we do not offer refunds or general credits for cancellations or missed classes.

In exceptional circumstances only such as medical emergencies or hospital visits a credit may be offered at our discretion. Proof will be required and credits are not guaranteed. Any approved credit will be valid for a future class within a specified time frame.

  • For sure! We love to house Private Puppy Yoga experiences, these are available for birthdays, hen parties, corporate events and other special occasions. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
